He is a founder of Rio Grande Delta Audubon and it’s first
President. Lee founded and ran the Brownsville Birding Festival
for four years. His most notable birder to guide was President
Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn. He does two web sites: www.riorvpark.com and www.riograndedeltaaudubon.org, with major nature pages.
